Lainox Combi oven displaying onL Con
If you have a Lainox oven with onL Con displaying and will not work in steam, this means that the oven is in convection only mode.
With this information, we will need to check all the components that are needed to operate for the steam to operate. Such as Water supply, Solenoid valves, Boilers, Level sensors.~
I would start by removing the boiler drain and manually draining the boiler, once the boiler is drained. Remove the level sensors and check for a build up of limescale. With onL Con it is more than lively the top level sensors than the bottom (as this usually shows a no drn error)
If there is scale on the probes clean up, and refit. Close the drain valve and refit motor. Turn back on and allow to fill. While filling, we can listen to see if we can here water going through the solenoid valve
